working principle
The
high-pressure roller mill uses two oppositely rotating rollers, one
fixed and the other adjustable, which helps realize effective ore crushing. The
hydraulic cylinder offers extremely high pressure for the system so that
materials can be squeezed and crushed between the two rollers. Based on this
working principle, the high-pressure roller mill realizes ultra-high energy efficiency.
Besides, the roller mill can exert high pressure on materials in a high-degree
control way after materials are fed into the crushing area. The continuous high
pressure incurs microcracks within the ores, which improves the efficacy of the
downstream grinding process. Since the microcracks weaken the ore granularity,
the ores which are not crushed can achieve the final product granularity with
small energy consumption in the follow-up grinding process.
